Hey Sharif, can you tell us a bit about yourself?

“Hello, my name is Sharif and I have recently joined Project & Co as a Building Surveyor. My career has predominantly been in the property sector, where I was a property manager for 5 years, and then re-trained to become a building surveyor. Upon my introduction to building surveying, I initially specialised in licence to alters before moving into general building consultancy. I did have a brief stint in the automotive sector prior to surveying as I am a huge petrolhead! From working in property management, I have built the experience and have a greater insight in understanding the requirements of property managers and their clients.
