It’s been a busy and exciting Q1 for Project. 💥

Following a 400% increase in valuation instructions from this time last year, we were delighted to make three senior promotions.... congratulations again to William Bell, Sammy H. and James Buck.

We’re proud to have completed the acquisition of Myleasehold - a significant step that strengthens our position in the leasehold and enfranchisement space. Watch this space 👀

Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed some fantastic new team members and are now approaching a team of 30. It’s been great bringing in fresh talent as we continue to scale.

We also returned to #MIPIM this year - always a great opportunity to reconnect with clients, meet new faces, and spend time in Cannes talking all things property.

Back in Essex, we’ve also moved into a new office, giving the team the space we need to continue growing and building momentum.
