Buying a property is one of the most significant financial commitments you’ll ever make.
While a home may appear sound during a viewing, many issues are not visible to the untrained eye. A professional survey provides an independent assessment of the property’s condition, helping you make an informed decision and avoid unexpected costs after completion.

Problems such as damp, structural movement, roof defects, or outdated electrics are often missed during viewings. A survey highlights these risks before you commit.

While your lender will carry out a valuation, this is not a survey and does not assess the condition of the property in detail.
